Kayathar

Kayathar,a new property consisting of eleven and half acres is situated in Tamil Nadu close to Highway. It is in Palayam Kottai. It was bought in the year 2022. It was owned by Holy Family Father's and was used as a seminary. This two storied building was accommodating about twenty seminarians. In this two acres of land consist of fruit garden like mangos, chikku and papaya. There are two open wells with plenty of water for agriculture purpose. There is also a guest house in this garden. Rev Fr. Siby was the first priest to take care of this property for about four months and presently Rev Fr. John Peter looks after the property.
