Holy Trinity Church, Kalayanadurgam (2006)

The Holy Trinity Church at Kalyanadurgam in the Diocese of Kurnool was entrusted to us by the then Bishop of Kurnool, late Most Rev. Gorantala Johannes in 2006 following the demise of the parish priest Rev. Fr. Mummadi Anthaiah. The parish was erected in 1997 bifurcating from Pl Yaleru though the Church was built in 1982 and was blessed by Most Rev. Joseph Rayappa, the first Bishop of Kurnool. The church has four acres of land and it is cultivable.  It is located about two Kms from the Kalyanadurgam Bus station and is by the side of Kalyanadugam – Pavagada road in the civil district of Ananthapur, Andhra Predesh. Our community already present in a school nearby takes care of the pastoral activities at the parish.
